You’ll be working in investment banking operations, the backbone of our organization, in Raleigh, NC. We’re responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency. We collaborate across the Investment Bank to enhance our front-to-back delivery, while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure.

You’ll get to
- provide support to our Investment Bank, primarily focused on Sales & Trading, in different areas such as securities, client onboarding, loans and regulatory frameworks
- learn about our products and front-to-back processes to support highly structured or non-standard transactions
- support new or emerging business areas by identifying limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
- stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this affects risks, identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps
Your team

Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
- will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027
- enjoy analyzing large data sets with a problem solving and critical thinking mindset
- proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools, keen to bring new perspectives
- has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
