We're looking for someone who can:
Conduct accounting research on emerging reporting, disclosure, and regulatory developments, assessing their implications for company valuations, investment analysis, and the UBS HOLT framework.
Pull large datasets from multiple databases covering various sectors/countries/time periods, derive insights from the data, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and use the data to implement decisions.
Develop expertise in financial statement analysis and accounting adjustments to eliminate accounting distortions and maintain the quality of the HOLT framework.
Assist in designing, testing and validating enhancements to the framework using HOLT's financial dataset spanning back decades
Contribute to published written research and internal documentation communicating findings and investment implications.
Work across a global team, utilizing modelling, valuation, and analytical skills to 1. provide clients with investment insights and 2. operate as an accounting expert to the HOLT Model Research Team.
