Do you have the expertise to structure and manage CRA-qualified lending and investment opportunities while balancing business objectives, regulatory expectations, and risk management. The Banking CRA Lending & Investments Lead is responsible for:
sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing CRA-qualified lending and investment activities
primary focus on affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments
partner with CRA Officer and internal stakeholders to support the Bank's CRA strategy
achieve CRA performance objectives
maintain safe and sound risk management practices
