Role:
Provide Relationship Management and Account Management coverage to highly sophisticated clients (banks, institutional clients, hedge funds & asset managers) in the PB space
Lead client meetings to evaluate performance, identify client needs and development requests, and manage the strategic client relationship
Partner with Sales on commercial objectives through enablement/unblocking of revenue opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the client in product development and support forums
Create action plans to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes
