Job Summary
This is a sales-focused front-of-house role with uncapped commission opportunities. Strong candidates can make up to $1000 or more in monthly commission payouts on top of hourly pay. We are looking for competitive, goal-oriented, driven candidates that will thrive in our sales environment.
Duties
- Greet customers and identify their needs
- Check in devices and create accurate work orders
- Explain repair options, pricing, timelines, and warranties
- Sell memberships, accessories, and add-on services
- Process transactions, quotes, pickups, and customer follow-up
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and front-of-house readiness
- Help drive revenue through strong sales and customer service
