Cell Phone Technician (Mobile)

This is a remote technician role, traveling to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided repair van equipped with the tools and parts you need. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and motivated by hands-on repair work, route efficiency, and strong time management. Paid training included.

Performance incentivizations can add $500-$2000 monthly on top of hourly pay.

Duties

• Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided repair van
• Complete mobile phone repairs and diagnostics in the field
• Manage route timing and daily workload efficiently
• Maintain accurate work orders, parts scans, and repair documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Maintain van, tools, inventory, and work area
• Follow repair, safety, and operational procedures
• Support in-store operations when needed
