Key Responsibilities: Technical Excellence & Problem Solving
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
- Demonstrate empathy in assisting customers
- Politely and professionally interact with customers
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
- Complete repairs in accordance with technical guides and quality controls
- Document everything thoroughly in notes for customers and teammates
Key Responsibilities: Team Contribution & Efficiency
- Prioritize and complete repairs to support established turnaround times and maintain flow.
- Act as a technical and product expert and use this knowledge to help the customer and increase sales.
- Learn the details of the Connected Home product and offer and sell protection/tech support solutions to meet customer needs.
- Help customers protect their devices, encourage return visits, and view us as their 1st call for tech problems.
- Maintain the function, cleanliness, and professional appearance of the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
