What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians and sales associates
- Oversee high-quality diagnostics and repairs for smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, and game consoles
- Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through excellent customer service
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and workflow
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, and success
What You Bring
- 1 year of leadership experience (retail or service preferred)
- Experience in device repair (smartphones, computers, laptops, tablets, and game consoles; soldering experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
- A passion for technology and helping customers stay connected
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: Starting at $22.50-$25/hour (approximately $46,800-$52,000 annually based on full-time hours)
- Incentives & Bonuses: Monthly store incentives and performance-based bonuses
- Total Compensation Potential: $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on store performance and results
