B2B Recruiter / Channel DeveloperCommission Only | RemoteUBMC North America is expanding the Sipes Paints brand and looking for a B2B recruiter to help build our distributor and dealer network across the U.S. and Canada. This role is commission only with uncapped earning potential.Role SummaryRecruit and onboard distributors, independent paint stores, hardware dealers, and construction chemical partners. Drive new accounts, set up first orders, and help grow UBMC’s presence in North America.Responsibilities• Source and contact potential distributors and dealers• Present Sipes product benefits and pricing• Manage onboarding and support first orders• Build and track a pipeline of qualified partners• Work with leadership on territory and channel strategyRequirements• Experience in B2B recruiting, sales, or channel development• Background in paint, coatings, or building materials is a plus• Strong communication and outreach skills• Self motivated and comfortable with high activity levelsCompensationCommission only with strong first order and volume incentives. Typical range 80k to 200k a year based on performance. No limits.
