We are now seeking a senior institutional sales leader to drive strategic adoption of UNBRK™ across banks, prime brokers, hedge funds, fintechs, payment providers, and private credit institutions globally.

Today’s financial infrastructure is still heavily dependent on fragmented reconciliation processes, batch-based settlement windows, and messaging systems designed decades ago. Institutions continuously exchange instructions and reconcile ledgers across multiple intermediaries, creating operational overhead, settlement delays, counterparty risk, and trapped liquidity.


UNBRK™ allows institutions to begin replacing reconciliation-based infrastructure with programmable, real-time settlement rails built around shared state and blockchain-native asset movement.

Instead of coordinating messages between disconnected systems, institutions can manage collateral, liquidity, permissions, and settlement directly at the asset layer with deterministic execution and real-time visibility.


Onboarded institutions can deploy customized collateral, liquidity, risk, and permissions frameworks in under an hour.


Post deployment, institutions can immediately launch next-generation financial products:

  • A bank can use UNBRK™ to create stablecoin-based deposit products with superior yields and capital efficiency compared to legacy systems.
  • A prime broker can issue structured products using tokenized assets for liquidity and collateral, with single-click execution and real-time risk insights.
  • A private credit desk can run a compliant, gold-backed money market fund that automatically limits participation to verified counterparties.


Built on Ethereum and the ERC-20 standard, UNBRK™ provides financial institutions with modern, interoperable infrastructure for the evolving digital economy.


Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of institutional finance, infrastructure modernization, and programmable digital assets.


UBK Labs is seeking a Head of Institutional Sales to help lead the transition from legacy reconciliation-based financial infrastructure toward real-time, programmable settlement systems built for digitally native assets.


This is part evangelization and part enterprise infrastructure sales.


The ideal candidate understands both how traditional financial institutions operate today, and how tokenized assets, stablecoins, and programmable finance will reshape liquidity, collateral, settlement, and balance sheet management over the coming decade.


You will work directly with the teams inside financial institutions responsible for core banking systems, treasury infrastructure, liquidity management, collateral operations, and settlement architecture.


The ideal candidate understands how institutions currently operate systems such as Temenos, FIS, Finastra, Calypso, Murex, and other legacy treasury and settlement infrastructure — and can position UNBRK™ as the instant settlement and programmable balance sheet infrastructure powering the transition to digitally native assets.


You should be comfortable discussing:

  • Migration from reconciliation-based infrastructure to real-time settlement systems
  • Stablecoins and tokenized financial assets
  • Blockchain-native collateral and liquidity management
  • Internal ledger and settlement architecture
  • Integration of programmable financial infrastructure into existing banking environments
  • The operational and capital efficiency unlocked by tokenization


This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on helping financial institutions understand, adopt, and fully unlock the capabilities of tokenized assets and programmable financial infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead institutional business development and strategic partnerships globally
  • Structure and close infrastructure licensing and deployment agreements
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across banking, capital markets, payments, and fintech ecosystems
  • Educate counterparties on programmable financial infrastructure and tokenized asset systems
  • Act as a strategic advisor to institutions exploring stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain-based settlement infrastructure
  • Translate institutional requirements into deployment specifications alongside engineering and product teams
  • Help shape UBK Labs’ long-term institutional go-to-market strategy
  • Represent UBK Labs at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings


Requirements

  • 5 years of institutional sales experience within financial services
  • Strong network across banking, capital markets, payments, treasury, or fintech ecosystems
  • Deep familiarity with institutional financial infrastructure and settlement systems
  • Understanding of core banking workflows centered on liquidity, collateral and treasury operations
  • Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, or programmable finance
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex institutional sales cycles and highly regulated environments


Strong Plus

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Prime brokerage
  • Fixed income markets
  • Core banking systems
  • Treasury infrastructure
  • Institutional payments
  • Liquidity and collateral management
  • Decentralized finance (DeFi)


Compensation

We are looking for a long-term partner in building category-defining financial infrastructure, and compensation is designed accordingly.

  • Competitive base salary
  • High early-stage equity participation
  • Uncapped commission on institutional deals and licensing revenue
  • Performance-based upside tied directly to company growth and adoption

For exceptional candidates with deep institutional relationships, total compensation can be highly substantial, with a strong emphasis on equity ownership and long-term upside.
