The Senior People Partner at Ubiquity plays a critical role in managing the human resources function of our organization. This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies and systems, provides advice on HR issues, and ensures the efficient management of staff resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overarching business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectivelyManage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a highly competent and diverse workforceSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital in collaboration with department leadersDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Desired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
