We're Hiring.
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial team. Our Customer Service Representatives is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office.
The details.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses
- Process disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelines
- Correspond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases
- Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacks
- Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Management.
Ideal Candidates have:
- At least 1 year of BPO Experience
- Above-average to Excellent English communication skills Preferably
- Highly analytical and customer service oriented
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules (day, mid and night shift)
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
