POSITION SUMMARY: Ubique Group is seeking a full-time LTL Order Prep Associate to support our MOES Furniture warehouse operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing palletized customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our “Move to the Work” culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare palletized orders for outbound shipment
• Cut corner boards using a table saw
• Operate banding machines and apply shrink wrap to secure shipments
• Ensure customer orders are packaged accurately and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and properly use required safety equipment
• Support warehouse operations and cross-train in additional functions as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
• Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products
