Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi, is currently seeking a full-time LTL Picker. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Thursday, 6am-3pm. However, there will be times when this candidate will need to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an LTL Picker, you work as part of a team responsible for picking items from rack bins for customer orders using a sit-down or stand-up forklift. You will be responsible for moving material through the warehouse. At times, you may be required to palletize and stage customer orders. You will be required to cross-train to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Belnick, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick items to match customer orders
- Use an electric sit-down or stand-up forklift
- Ability to operate a reach truck
- May require use of an electric or manual pallet jack
- Able to read and interpret a pick ticket
- Must have a high level of accuracy
- Use an RF handheld device.
- Must have a stable work history
- At least 1 year of forklift experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
