What You'll Do
- Own Tableau Cloud end-to-end: administration, governance, extract scheduling, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards spanning sales, merchandising, supply chain, and finance.
- Own the SPS Commerce platform and vendor relationship: fulfillment monitoring, document flows, AS2 routing, exception resolution.
- Lead onboarding for new retail trading partners and 3PL connections, start to finish.
- Administer Boomi integrations connecting the ERP, warehouse management system, Snowflake, and partner endpoints.
- Act as the primary intake point for data and reporting requests across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service.
- 5 years in business systems analysis, business intelligence, or data/integration roles (distribution, wholesale, e-commerce, or manufacturing preferred).
- Demonstrated ownership of a BI platform, including administration, not just report authoring; Tableau strongly preferred.
- Hands-on EDI experience with retail trading partners, including common X12 transaction sets.
- Strong SQL skills; able to profile data and troubleshoot independently.
- Experience supporting an integration/middleware platform such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Comfort owning external vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to committed dates.
