We may not have any openings right now, but we’d still love to connect with you! Here’s a little about how our hiring process works and what to expect when positions open up.

Youth Staff (Ages 15–18)

We typically begin hiring youth staff in February/March, with training starting in May. All new youth hires begin as Summer Camp Counselors, gaining valuable experience working with kids in a fun, active environment.

During the summer, many youth staff also earn additional hours working at the front desk. Those who excel—by engaging with campers, showing initiative, and learning front desk operations—are often offered extended positions through the school year, coaching at least one youth class per week, working the front desk, and helping with birthday parties and special events on weekends. Most of our youth staff continue with us throughout high school, and some who stay local even continue on afterward.

Adult Staff

While we do have a few full-time positions, most adult roles are part-time and open only occasionally. Many of our current team members have been with us for years, so openings are limited—but we’re always happy to connect with passionate climbers who love our community.

Tips to Get Hired!

• Get to know us: Visit the gym, climb with us, and experience our culture.
• Connect with our staff: It’s much easier for us to hire people who already know our team or come with a strong recommendation.
• Certifications:
• - All applicants should be top rope certified.
• - Adults interested in working the front desk solo should be lead certified.
• - Don’t worry—you don’t need to be an expert climber! What matters most is that you understand proper safety protocols and can administer lead tests. For the right candidates, we’re happy to help you work toward these certifications.
