What You'll Do
- Own problem discovery and root cause analysis across identity and account integrity, proactively identifying gaps, vulnerabilities, and emerging risk vectors
- Analyze large datasets, customer insights, and operational signals to uncover fraud patterns, behavioral anomalies, and systemic weaknesses
- Develop and drive recommendations to improve internal policies, processes, and controls that strengthen user identity confidence globally
- Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Product, Policy, Legal, Risk, Engineering) to translate insights into scalable solutions and ensure effective implementation
- Design, test, and iterate on new detection signals, operational workflows, and enforcement strategies
- Leverage data and AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, advanced analytics) to accelerate investigation, generate insights, and improve operational efficiency
- Build and own reporting and metrics, tracking identity health, fraud trends, and impact of interventions
- Communicate clear, data-driven narratives to influence stakeholders and drive action
- 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including the use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor) to automate routine tasks, draft technical documentation, or debug code to improve workflow efficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working on fraud, risk, identity, or trust & safety problems
- SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets
- Experience leveraging AI tools to analyze data, automate workflows, or enhance decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems, ask the right questions, and identify root causes
- Experience turning data into actionable insights and driving decisions
- Track record of improving processes or influencing policy changes based on analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across global teams
- Excellent communication skills, including synthesizing complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution
Salary : $118,000 - $145,500
