We're looking for a strong team member to own operations of a new and growing portfolio of 3P distribution partnerships, starting with Instacart. These partnerships are critical to our long-term growth strategy and require strong analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and senior-level communication.

What You'll Do
- Own Partnership Performance & Analytics: Analyze performance across 3P distribution partnerships to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and risks; translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Operational Problem Solving: Partner cross-functionally to design and implement operational solutions that improve partnership health, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Senior Leadership Communication: Own executive-level reporting and narratives on partnership health, performance trends, and strategic priorities; prepare materials for senior leadership forums.
- External Partner Collaboration: Engage directly with external partners as needed, working closely with Business Development to drive the right commercial and strategic outcomes.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Own new strategic initiatives from 0-to-1-scoping opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution through launch and implementation.
- 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, and/or management consulting
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy - comfortable leading strategic planning, and modeling tradeoffs/ROI.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving teams such as Product, Ops, Finance, and Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in marketplaces, restaurant tech companies, or bizops / strategy teams at B2B software companies
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset.
- Expertise in SQL
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
Salary : $162,000 - $180,000
