What The Candidate Will Do
- Manage Engineering excellence processes, including: Key Engineering health, Reliability initiatives, Launch gating and approvals, Critical projects leadership reviews and Support planning processes.
- Manage the operational cadence of the business including: facilitating leadership meetings, all hands, and strategic planning sessions
- Improve execution velocity and efficiency including: developing a list of critical challenges that need to be resolved and assembling the right data and most relevant metrics and information to analyze and enable nimble decision-makings.
- Support Infra Capacity management processes.
- Streamline complex areas of continuous cross-organizational interactions.
- Ensure information flows clearly and efficiently to enable teams to deliver high quality results
- Drive leadership towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including consolidated reviews and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with process management and improvement methodologies.
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Experience in the relevant engineering industry or domain.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background and understanding of engineering processes .
Salary : $167,000 - $185,500
