What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline, using persistent outreach through calls, emails, and in-person visits to connect with key restaurant partners.
- Represent the Uber Eats platform, clearly communicating its value to restaurant owners and navigating the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
- Handle negotiations for SMB restaurant groups, structuring agreements that create sustainable value for both the partner and Uber.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets, adapting your strategy to close deals and grow Uber's restaurant selection in your territory.
- Identify and share best practices for prospecting and closing, helping to refine the sales process for the entire team.
- 4 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales, business development, or account management role.
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts with SMB accounts.
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and a 'go get it' attitude, especially when navigating high volumes of outreach.
- Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage a large pipeline.
- Coachability and an interest in implementing feedback to improve performance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Salary : $57,500 - $72,000
