What You'll Do
The candidate in this role will be involved in driving strategic programs related to fleets operations in the US&C region. They will work to devise new commercial and operating models with different types of fleets in the ecosystem to enable launch of new products. Activities include:
- Financial modeling
- Developing commercial structures and partnerships
- Driving cross functional collaboration across Tech, BD, Policy, and Legal
- Interfacing with marketplace, consumer, and earner teams
- 4 years of experience in Consulting, Technology, Operations, Analytics, Product or similar, ideally in Tech, Logistics, or Strategy Consulting
- Proficiency in SQL
- Advanced data acumen with the ability to extract and analyze large, complex datasets
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong business acumen and ability to craft data-backed recommendations
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting to stakeholders
- Track record of working across highly cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pushing forward when priorities shift
- Ability to influence without authority and advocate for operational realities in technical discussions
Salary : $116,000 - $143,000
