What The Candidate Will Do

What The Candidate Will Do
- Drive the end-to-end affordability funnel - identify and prioritize opportunities across discovery, selection, and checkout that influence affordability perception.
- Incubate new 0→1 products that leverage marketplace intelligence (e.g., pricing data, supply elasticity, and consumer sensitivity) to surface value-driven options to users.
- Build structural affordability levers that scale across surfaces - e.g., new deal constructs, all-inclusive pricing frameworks, or affordable by design" selection tools.
- Own affordability perception metrics, defining and tracking the core KPIs that influence how users perceive value (conversion, retention, perceived savings, and repeat intent).
- Partner cross-functionally with design, data science, marketing, and regional ops to drive alignment and execution across the org.
- Be the program owner for affordability, driving strategy reviews, narrative alignment, and experimentation frameworks to influence product and marketing roadmaps company-wide.
- 6 years of product management experience with a track record of building and launching impactful consumer-facing products at scale.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to uncover user insights, diagnose funnel friction, and inform prioritization and product strategy.
- Strong consumer intuition and empathy - you deeply understand how users make trade-offs around price, value, and choice, and can translate those insights into intuitive experiences.
- Demonstrated success working in cross-functional environments, partnering closely with design, data science, engineering, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguous 0→1 environments where the problem space is evolving.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, or PhD) in a quantitative or behavioral field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Psychology, or Behavioral Economics - strongly preferred.
- Deep analytical and data fluency - strong command of experimentation frameworks, causal inference, and interpreting model outputs to guide product decisions.
- Experience using data tools (SQL, Python, or similar) to self-serve insights and inform prioritization or feature iteration.
Salary : $190,000 - $211,000
