What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of key HCBS and I/DD accounts, leveraging your "hunter" mindset to identify cross-sell opportunities with various Uber Health products.
- Success in this role means not just retaining our current footprint, but also aggressively expanding it. Effectively navigate decentralized decision-making to secure enterprise-wide adoption.
- Engage with executive leadership and strategically influence senior-level stakeholders to drive deeper adoption and unlock substantial recurring revenue.
- 5 years of client-facing B2B experience in Healthcare Sales and/or Technology Sales (SaaS, API, or Software).
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas based on revenue growth.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing and selling into accounts in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
- Experience in the healthcare transportation, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), or HCBS/IDD spaces.
- A unique ability to balance long-term relationship building with a results-driven sales approach.
Salary : $104,000 - $129,000
