What You'll Do
- Hold accountability for the people and the technology required to support the objectives of the function over multiple projects.
- Define, communicate, and hold accountability for OKRs and a digital strategy that aligns with the company's goals & culture.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Identify, and launch, AI and automation that improves employee experience, drives compliance, and scales operations.
- Lead team initiatives designed to drive outputs on large scale projects.
- Make key day-to-day operational and tactical decisions that impact project delivery, timelines, and resource usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FinTech, Accounting, Financial Risk Management, and Eng to ensure T&E meets the needs of the business.
- Benchmark program performance against industry best practices and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the controls, administration, and integration of core T&E applications.
- Responsible for identifying, executing, and measuring cost saving and avoidance opportunities within the program.
- Directly lead, mentor, and foster growth for direct reports on the team; create a development roadmap for the team.
- Serves as a representative for the organization to the broader internal and external community; plays a key role in building and maintaining Team's brand.
- 7 years of experience in T&E
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of experience in T&E
- Experience with market leading T&E suppliers and technology
- Experience with vendor & stakeholder management
- Experience with cross functional project management
- Experience managing a global footprint
Salary : $152,000 - $188,000
