What The Candidate Will Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for priority Retail accounts, from outbound strategy to signed agreement
- Identify, prioritize, and execute against a pipeline of high-impact Retail brands
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations, including deal structuring and contract execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Partner Management to successfully launch and scale new Retail partnerships
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding Uber Eats' Retail footprint
- 6 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience owning and closing complex, net-new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and signing multi-location or national partnerships
- Experience navigating complex organizations and driving alignment across executive decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure strategic, long-term agreements
