What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Counsel, Legal & Emerging Risks Compliance position at Uber?
Our mission is to serve as Uber's strategic compliance partner on commercial and emerging risks, enabling high-velocity decision-making across our most complex growth initiatives, including autonomous mobility, cross-border M&A, strategic investments, and next-generation platforms such as Uber AV Labs, Uber AI, and U4B. You'll work at the intersection of legal, product, policy, and strategy, embedding upstream with Corporate Development and Business Development teams to identify risk early, shape go-to-market and market-entry strategies, and translate ambiguity into clear, actionable guidance. Your impact will help Uber move faster with confidence and integrity by delivering enterprise-aligned counsel that unlocks opportunity rather than simply managing exposure.
