About The Role

The Global Delivery Partnerships team is looking for a sharp, highly-motivated individual to join our team which manages the largest global relationships in the restaurant vertical, such as Starbucks, RBI, McDonald's, Subway & Yum! Brands.

As a Franchise Account Manager, you will manage our most influential franchise merchant relationships for the largest QSR brands globally. You will work closely with our existing team of Account Managers who have laid a strong relationship foundation with corporate brand teams. As the owner of a portfolio of high-value franchise groups, you'll drive measurable outcomes across net acquisition, demand generation, and trip growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to franchisee success and the overall growth of priority Global Partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships: lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
  • Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment: clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  • Highlight key operational opportunities within your managed book of franchise groups and develop clear strategies to drive positive change
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes
  • Handle the big picture and the tiny details: you are organized, timely and ensure nothing gets missed; you are also attuned to strategy and consistently come up with new ways to create or contribute to our partnerships
  • Navigate difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks
  • Bring your analytical A-game: develop analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals.
  • Participate and/or contribute to recurring business reviews, as required, highlighting progress and remaining opportunities and driving product adoption

Basic Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of managing complex partnerships and driving product adoption
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across multiple levels of an organization
  • Proficient in using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
  • Ability to build and execute joint business plans, prioritize growth initiatives, and align stakeholders around a strategic vision
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and the ability to balance short- and mid-term priorities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing/working with enterprise partnerships, franchise organizations, or global brands
  • Background in QSR, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving innovation
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations and high-impact presentations
  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to personal and team development
  • Adaptable with a high degree of ownership and accountability

For NY-based and San Francisco-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is: USD $161,429 - $180,000. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $48,429 - $54,000. For Chicago, IL, and Los Angeles, CA-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is: USD $145,714 - $161,429. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,500 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target range of $43,714 - $48,429. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
