Duties: Develop and continue improving self-service technology, including GenAI-powered AI agents, for various customer personas, including AV customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design, implement, and analyze experiments, and conduct deep dives to drive business impact. Apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning to business goals to provide practical insights. Work with Engineering teams to ensure data instrumentation and quality. Effectively communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. Maintain focus and efficiency while navigating ambiguous situations. May telecommute.

- Automated ETL pipelines across distributed data platforms and virtual warehouses, ensuring sustainable, version-controlled workflows.
- Git, Jira, Google/MS Office Suite and sprint-based workflows;
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, partnered cross-functionally across time zones, influenced experimentation strategy and ensured analytical rigor and transparent delivery.
