About The Role
The FinTech team, part of the CFO's organization, is responsible for building world-class financial products and systems. As an Application Developer I on our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team, you will provide technical support for the development and maintenance of our financial planning and allocation models. You will assist in the configuration and optimization of our Oracle EPBCS and Oracle PCMCS environments, helping to ensure that budgeting and cost distributions are accurate and efficient.

You will assist in the configuration and optimization of our Oracle EPBCS and Oracle PCMCS environments, helping to ensure that budgeting and cost distributions are accurate and efficient.
What You'll Do
- Requirement Support: Assist senior developers in discovery sessions with Finance users to document business requirements and help translate them into technical tasks.
- Development & Configuration: Build and update basic business rules, web forms, and reports within Oracle EPBCS and PCMCS to support global budgeting processes.
- Data Operations: Support and monitor data flows between Oracle Cloud and our data warehouse using Data Management and EPM Automate; troubleshoot basic integration errors.
- Technical Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance of EPM modules, focusing on system performance and ensuring logic consistency across applications.
- Testing & Documentation: Execute test scripts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain clear technical documentation to ensure system maintainability.
- Team Collaboration: Work with upstream and downstream teams to ensure EPM data remains aligned with the broader financial data architecture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or an MBA.
- 1 years of hands-on experience with Oracle's EPM Cloud suite.
- Experience navigating and performing basic configurations in Oracle EPBCS or Oracle PCMCS.
- Foundational understanding of financial planning, budgeting, or cost distribution methodologies.
Exposure to writing business rules or basic Groovy scripting.
- Familiarity with EPM Automate, SQL, and the concepts of ASO/BSO cubes.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in learning complex calculation logic.
- Ability to work effectively within a global delivery model and collaborate across regions.
Salary : $133,000 - $140,000
