- Act as an Advisor: Train new users on our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operational excellence.
- Collaborative Resolution: Serve as the critical link between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical challenges with professional poise.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience).
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 3 years of deep experience in the logistics industry.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
