About The Role
The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our newly formed Uber Ads Health & Personal Care (HPC) team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial Ads partnerships with Pharmaceutical partners. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top tier Pharmaceutical brands and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to consistently deliver on our partner's needs. You will report to the Team Lead HPC, Uber Advertising.

What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
- Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing, and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
- Expand ads product adoption. Communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering.
- 6 years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
- Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations
- Ideally have worked with Pharmaceutical Brands in your current or most recent organization
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges
- Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel.
- 8 years of enterprise digital advertising sales experience with large, complex brands.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical advertising landscape and proven success partnering with pharma clients.
- Strategic sales planner skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling to influence decision-makers.
- Strong leadership and account management capabilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Excel; SQL a plus.
Salary : $145,000 - $161,000
