Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control security/access to plant to employees and authorized personnel.
- Tour plants to ensure any safety and security concerns are addressed on off-shifts.
- Deliver communications to proper authorities to address concerns when needed.
- Manage all entries to the plant.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound trucks while onsite.
- Complete inventory control tickets, ensure DOT/HAZMAT compliance, compiling shipping documents such as Bill of Ladings and COAs to ensure compliant shipments over-road and for customer, and processing receipts and deliveries via SAP.
- Coordinate with pumpers and other team members to ensure proper routing of trucks.
- Implement plant procedures for visitors, applicants, truckers and contractors.
- Maintain supplies of visitor safety equipment and issues as needed.
- Weigh incoming and outbound trucks.
- Complete inventory control tickets and distribute copies as per procedure.
- Notify pumpers and plant personnel of deliveries, visitors and discrepancies as necessary.
- Monitor shipping schedule and alert team if issues with a shipment to avoid negative impact to shipping schedule and help develop alternate solutions to resolve shipping delays.
- Be familiar with and assist with site emergency procedures: including 911 directing traffic, head count and answering phones.
- Respond to all emergencies and communicate to the proper location and personnel.
- Handle gatehouse incoming calls during business and non-business hours.
- Responsible for routine housekeeping inside and around the gatehouse, parking lots and fence line.
- Call employees if overtime is needed or carriers as requested by the management team.
- Prepare bulk shipping documents and maintain administrative records.
- Monitor DCS screen or any other alarms that are in the gatehouse and report as per procedure.
- Monitor Security screen for any intruders.
