We're opening our first North American flagship campus and are looking for passionate educators to join our Founding Team.
Position Overview
The Founding Teaching Assistant plays an essential role in creating a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
You will work closely with our teachers to support children, prepare materials, maintain classroom organization, and ensure every child has an exceptional learning experience.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children and hopes to grow into an Early Childhood Art Educator in the future.
Responsibilities
Classroom Support
- Assist teachers during classes.
- Prepare classroom materials before class.
- Organize lesson supplies.
- Set up activity stations.
- Test simple classroom experiments when needed.
- Assist with classroom setup and cleanup.
Student Experience
- Welcome students warmly.
- Help children transition between activities.
- Encourage positive behavior.
- Support children who need additional help.
- Celebrate student achievements.
Classroom Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Sanitize materials when necessary.
- Organize supplies after each class.
- Assist with inventory.
- Report damaged materials.
Events
- Assist with Birthday Parties.
- Support Story Time.
- Assist Mini Art sessions.
- Help during Camps.
- Support Open House.
- Participate in Community Events.
Photography
- Take classroom photos and short videos following company guidelines.
- Help document children's learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with students.
- Encourage participation and confidence.
- Help children complete activities independently.
- Support classroom management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience working with children
- Education or Art major
