As a Retail Sales Technician, here’s what you can expect to do: Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers Upsell Asurion product and achieve sales goals Contribute & support in market, based on needs of the business and store locations Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment Self-manage and set priorities Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.
