Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual donor communications plan aligned with institutional priorities and campaign strategy
Lead targeted communications for distinct audiences, including: Small and mid-level donors (< $100k), major gifts ($100k–$1M), principal gifts ($1M ).
Serve as the primary point person for drafting and/or reviewing:
- Donor emails and appeals
- Proposals and stewardship reports
- Invitations and event collateral
- Letters and talking points for the President
- Social media posts targeted to donors
- The donor pages on the UATX website
Ensure messaging is appropriately tailored by audience while remaining institutionally consistent
