Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Medical Coding and Coding Experience
- Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Health Information Management and RHIT certification preferred
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
