Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute UAS’ marketing activities across the US market, with a primary focus on Houston, Texas. This is an operational, coordination-focused role responsible for managing marketing collaterals, events, and social media activity to support brand presence, market visibility, and commercial objectives within the aviation sector.
The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with hands-on execution, working closely with the global marketing team, regional stakeholders, sales, and external partners to deliver consistent, on-brand output across the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, adapt, and produce marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, sales enablement materials, branded assets) for the US market in line with global brand guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and execute industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities across the US managing logistics, vendors, booth setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage UAS’ day-to-day social media presence in the US (organic content planning, scheduling, posting, community engagement) across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and localize content (copy, visuals, basic video) tailored to US audiences in collaboration with the global content team.
- Partner with the central digital marketing team to support campaign execution in the US briefing local needs, delivering assets, adapting creative, and providing market feedback.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, printers, and event partners to ensure timely, on-brand, on-budget delivery.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, event participation, customer-facing assets, and lead handover logistics.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor monitoring within the US aviation and business travel sectors, sharing insights with the wider marketing team.
- Collaborate with global marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and campaign calendars.
- Track and report on event outcomes, social media engagement, and collateral usage; share learnings to inform future activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of operational marketing experience, preferably within B2B, aviation, business travel, or related industries.
- Candidate must be based in Houston, Texas, USA. Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating marketing collaterals, events, and social media ideally in a multi-stakeholder or matrixed environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience managing organic social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
- Proven event coordination experience (trade shows, exhibitions, client events, or similar).
- Proficiency in content creation and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) to support campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.
