Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations for a part-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA with flexibility for remote work. The SVP of Operations will oversee daily and long-term operations, manage company performance through effective P&L management, optimize customer service processes, and lead strategic planning initiatives. The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to oversee and enhance organizational processes.
- Experience in P&L Management to track and enhance financial and performance metrics.
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in Project Management to guide cross-functional teams, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, adaptability in a hybrid work setting, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
