Overview
We are seeking motivated Owner/Operator Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to operate flatbed trucks with flexibility, independence, and access to a variety of freight types including dry van, heavy haul, and specialized loads. You’ll be responsible for delivering freight efficiently while enjoying the benefits of a supportive network designed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL tractor-trailers, including flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and dump trucks.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary.
- Manage route driving schedules efficiently to meet delivery deadlines across various regions.
- Secure loads properly on flatbeds or other trailers to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues on the road.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and inspection reports in compliance with federal regulations.
Experience
- Valid Class A CDL license with proven experience in truck driving, including flatbed operations.
- At least six months of DOT-regulated driving experience within the past year.
- Hands-on experience with manual transmissions preferred for greater versatility on different truck models.
- Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or heavy haul equipment is a plus.
- Delivery driver experience involving freight load & unload procedures is highly valued.
- Ability to handle route driving efficiently while adhering to safety standards and traffic laws.

- Must be at least 21 years old
