Compensation and Pay Structure:
Van Division:
- 67% of linehaul with UACL trailer rental (8% trailer rental rate)
- Up to 75% of linehaul by switching to a weekly flat trailer rental rate
Flatbed Division:
- 75% of linehaul
- Weekly flat rate trailer rental available if you don't own a flatbed
Actual weekly gross varies based on freight lane, customer, and preferred operation style — regional, OTR, or dedicated.
Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus paid directly to the truck

Owner Operator Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A
