What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Production position at UAC Field, LLC?
UAC Field, LLC is a company that provides services to poultry processing facilities. We are looking for workers in general production with responsibilities that may include hanging birds on shackles, trimming, organizing, cutting, and cleaning breasts/meat to meet customer order specifications. Use of hand tools such as wizard knife, scissors, vacuum wands, knives and other related equipment may be required. Compliance with safety and sanitation standards and regulations, contributing to a clean, safe work environment, including the use of all safety equipment and clothing are required. Hiring first(4:30AM - 2:30 PM) and second shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM).
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to work in a production environment.
- Ability to take direction and work with others as part of a team.
- Ability to carry out repetitive motions with arms, hands, and wrists, including fine motor skills to hold tools.
- Ability to reach at shoulder height frequently.
- Flexibility to changing duties, rotations, and product requirements.
Physical Demands
- Standing 90%
- Walking 10%
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, and repetitively use arms, wrists, and hands.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up from 10 to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Work Environment
