Position Description
Work Schedule: Full Time, 7on / 7 off; Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm; Saturday, 8am - 3p, Sunday 1pm - 5pm

Under the supervision of a Radiologist and the Imaging Manager, performs basic radiologic procedures at
UAB community clinics. Independently operates within established protocols to produce diagnostic
images using prescribed ionizing radiation. Maintains responsibility for assigned procedures or work
areas.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate from an Associate Degree Radiography program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
License, Certification And/Or Registration
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
