Job Description
To implement approved orthopedic procedures and surgical and non-surgical procedures under the supervision of a RN/LPN or Licensed Independent Practitioner and/or Physician, and according to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma and one (1) year of related patient experience in a clinical setting required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Certification within twelve (12) months of hire by either the National Board for Certification of Orthopaedic Technologists (NBCOT) or the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals (ASOP).Why Work at UAB Medicine
