Job Description
To oversee a various system projects of a highly complex nature. To assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project. To be aware of system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. To report to a more senior project manager.
Job Specific Duties
· Tracks and monitors Office of the CIO (OCIO) goals, projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure progress and alignment with strategic priorities.
· Assists in managing priority initiatives led by the CIO and both AVP's of Applications and Project Management, including coordination of activities, timelines, and deliverables.
· Supports execution of key initiatives by coordinating operational activities and reducing day-to-day execution responsibilities for executive leadership.
· Prepares executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into initiative progress and outcomes.
· Gathers data, conducts analysis, and prepares background materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
· Assists with development and distribution of departmental updates, including preparation of presentations and briefing materials.
· Coordinates follow-up activities and initiative execution to allow both AVP's of Applications and Project Management to focus on strategic decisions and leadership responsibilities.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
