Pay range: $22.90 - $37.25 / hour

Job Description
To perform a variety of specialized, complex histological techniques (immunohistochemical/IHC, pathology molecular, renal). To assist supervisor and/or team leads with evaluating new instrumentation and/or methods, reagents, quality control, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and Vantage data management. To assist team lead with frozen section lab and special procedures (IHC, renal).
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Currently certified as a Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) required.Why Work at UAB Medicine
