To perform internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance in an assigned area. To assist in implementing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance data quality management program. To educate others on regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs audits on an assigned area or unit and reports results to upper management.
- Participates in the development of educational and training materials that focus on key
- elements of the compliance program.
- Analyzes operating procedures, identifies potential violations, and provides technical
- assistance/recommendations to management.
- Collaborates with managers to identify negative trends in the coding and billing areas.
- Confers with external auditors to ensure compliance of assigned area(s).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
