The Registered Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution is required. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing. Must possess American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire. ACLS and/or PALS certification from the American Heart Association may be required depending on the nursing unit.
SHIFT:
6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Registered Nurse assesses patients upon admission; plans, implements, and evaluates patient care; administers medications; and evaluates and documents patients status and progress.
