Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing education, staff development, or a related leadership role within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and educational program evaluation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements relevant to nursing education.
Preferred Qualifications:
