Position: Freight Dispatcher
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
$10-20% of gross
Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers for cargo pick-up and delivery.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and other team members to resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and communication.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Utilize dispatch software and technology for optimal routing and efficiency.
Oversee driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Strive for continuous improvement in dispatch operations.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
