Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerk

U1 Gaming is seeking a full-time, reliable, detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerk.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Shipping Receiving Stockroom Clerk performs a variety of duties related to delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and parts to manufacture and maintain electronic gaming machines.

Job Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Ability to prepare, package, and ship items efficiently;
• Ability to properly and safely operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack;
• Ability to be reliable and detail-oriented;
• Comfortable with data entry;
• Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision;
• Basic computer and math skills required;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments;
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment;
• Be willing to volunteer for occasional overnight road travel;
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time;
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed;
• Be willing to help in Subassembly, Repair Center, and Final Assembly;
• One or more years of related work experience preferred;
• High school diploma preferred;

The Shipping Receiving Stockroom Clerk is required to:

• Process and package customer part orders quickly, efficiently, and accurately;
• Pull parts for work order pick lists;
• Enter data into basic databases and manufacturing software;
• Support inventory management;
• Maintain stock in work areas and ensure inventory accuracy;
• Receive and inspect all inbound shipments;
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner;
• Prepare freight shipments, includes packaging, palletizing, and shrink wrapping;
• Load and unload delivery trucks using a forklift;
• Organize stockroom or stock overflow areas;

• Assist field service technicians and travel to locations if needed;
• Assist in field upgrades which involves some overnight travel;
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.50 per hour
